Order Form Procedure

An expedited real estate transaction begins with accurate and complete documentation of the proposed transaction.

To place an order with CentraLand Title Company, the ORDER FORM, below, may be completed and submitted via email or printed and completed for delivery or mailing to CentraLand. If you choose to submit to the internet, your order will become an attachment to an email and you will be given the opportunity include a message or attach additional documents, such as a survey, relevant Power of Attorney and/or Contract.

You will be contacted by our New Order department when your order email is received. Rest assured, prompt attention will be given to your order.

Once received:

  • your order is processed,
  • the title examination process is begun,
  • the commitment prepared and
  • the file is given to the Escow Department for successful closing

Once closed, CentraLand will fund, record and send the transaction documents. Finally, our Policy Department prepares and transmits the title policy.
